Business Development Executive (BDE)

LogicSpark.io is seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. This role demands a proactive approach — leveraging LinkedIn, online bidding platforms, networking events, and other strategic channels to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and connect with potential clients worldwide.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr), and other business channels.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and manage the entire bidding process.
  • Handle all client communications, queries, and negotiations end-to-end.
  • Stay updated on AI trends and automation tools to streamline processes and eliminate repetitive manual work.
  • Meet and exceed defined sales and project acquisition targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and online bidding platforms.
  • Awareness of the latest AI advancements and automation solutions in business workflows.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with measurable past achievements.

📍 Location: Ahmedabad (Hybrid/Remote flexibility for the right candidate)

💼 Experience: 1–3 years preferred (exceptional freshers may be considered)
